How I came to centering my whole life around meditative arts?
Ever heard of the famous saying that "Rock bottom is the gateway to spiritual growth" ?
Well, few years back I hit rock bottom, and believe me when I say that nothing hurts as much. Suddenly, you find yourself questioning your whole existence. Being a resilient person, I stood up again with a strong life mission. Help all those in pain, help those betrayed, hurt and injured to find the healing power they have within.
I started meditating through art a while back and this talent I have helped lift me up in the hardest times.
My mission has been ever since to spread the word about the importance of meditative arts, whether it was mandala drawing, doodling, or simple meditative exercises.
This tutorial is very important because it teaches us to let our self go, to unleash the inner artist and express our feelings with colors and lines.
Inside each and every person there are hundreds of words longing to get out, but not all words are expressed through our voice. Some words can be expressed with art, and this is how I let my inner feelings out.
Please join me in my mission, and help me spread the word about meditative arts. So many might need our help and might find this relaxation method very useful.

Creating a watercolor background is simple and easy once you get the hang of it. A quick tip is to remember to keep colors light and exceed the use of water.
